Miałem to na jakimś teście, zapewne w liceum jesteś?
Generalnie chodzi o to, że na rządzącym spada większa odpowiedzialność, bo jedno potknięcie może doprowadzić do upadku całego narodu, podczas gdy przewinienie rządzonego nie jest czymś strasznym.

Hahahaha, to jest paradoks internetu :D. Możesz obrażać murzynów, żydów, 'twoją starą', a jak podniesiesz rękę na papieża, to jesteś wyklętym dzieciakiem bez serca

Jedni i drudzy siebie warci.
Z pewnych rzeczy nie powinno się żartować, tyle. Sęk w tym, że ludziom do rozumu nie przemówisz.
